The airline, not the TSA, gets sued for the TSA's (and really our entire intelligence system's) shortcomings.
Amazing. Utterly amazing.
Can the airline simply say, "TSA's fault" and walk away? Will any of the information that the Intelligence community knew about this guy be admissible at trial?
