No certificates listed in the FAA airman database for Steven Kent Paddock. Just a 3rd class medical from 1979 which may not have been renewed. No planes registered for Steven Paddock.

Stephen Craig Paddock is likely it because of the Mesquite TX address, which was mentioned as being a prior address for the shooter. No planes registered for that either though.
