And in yet another sign of how bloated our Federal government has become, the US Federal Marshalls service now needs its own airplane to transport Federal prisoners.

FYI: the Marshalls have been using their own planes to move convicts since the 80s with a 727 I think. Had a friend who used to work on them. He had some interesting stories. I believe they also handle ICE flights also so maybe the illegals are complaining about waiting on the ramp too long for their flights?

They "contract" planes all the time. I see them frequently out in Midland.
