I think this might work.

It was cut from a polycarbonate grinding mask lens.

So far, it works fine. No interference with GPS, and amazing Bluetooth range. That was one of the reasons I chose the outrigger design: to keep both the top (for the GPS antenna) and the bottom (for the Bluetooth) relatively unobstructed.
