The ready to fly RV-12 S-LSA ordering started off with a bang. All 12 that were available in the first batch were sold within hours of the announcement.

What was the unit price?

I'll hold off my membership on the"this revitalizes GA!!" club until I know how much they went for.

Since the full kit price is ~$65,000 and they estimate ~800 hrs to build, and I would use a labor cost of ~$50/hr, I would have estimated ~$105,000 + some fudge factor.

The first 12 will also have an "auto pilot, luxurious Oregon Aero seats and upholstery, and a special paint finish." Cost for those allegedly $115,000.

Not sure whether those numbers went up since the first news release.
