Something to think about. I also note that the fatalities at Quantum Helicopters where a plane came down on a helicopter had a young female CFI (I am fairly certain of that though not 100%).

I don’t know. If you feel you had good training then maybe it means what this person is saying isn’t true. But you likely trained before all this woke nonsense?

well, my training was good enough that I haven't bent metal or traded paint.

but, sure, my training was a long long LONG time ago. Before LORAN could be reasonably installed in bugsmashers. Right around the time Mode 3/C was required.

I'd pay money to watch someone try to my instructor she was just a woke hire...

This topic goes back to when they changed the ATC controller qualify process a number of years ago. While I'm sure the same changes have been used in similar positions, this ATC one resulted in a class-action suit against the FAA and DOT that is still moving through the courts. Here is a link that gives more on it plus has some additional links with more info. I wonder when the same process will be used in the medical field....?

The medical field has a more diverse set of employers compared to those for controllers. But the lock on medical licensure by the states certainly does create a cartel.
